We also use two strategies we call our “Harvester Strategy” and “The Venus Fly Trap.” Both of these utilize paid ads on google and Facebook to target and re-target buyers looking for properties in your specific area. Through these strategies we take a very specific set of pictures and videos and spend money to distribute these to cold audiences that don’t know about your property on google, facebook and then we retarget those people that see the photos and videos and then run traffic to those people specifically. But in addition to “paid ads”, running on major platforms we have hundreds of properties that have been sold just by us posting on our social platforms organically.
