Hey, I’m Jonathan. I’m a man of deep faith, a husband who “married up,” a blessed dad to three amazing kids, an influencer in my local community and a professional real estate guide. I strongly believe that a life well lived is a life lived in service to others.
I help people gladly multiply and protect their wealth through real estate. I am the Lead Listing Advisor and Expansion Director with The Redux Group | EXP Realty.
Prior to joining the Redux Group I was a pastor to one of the largest college ministries in Maryland before I helped to start a local non-profit aimed at helping college students effectively make the transition from college to the corporate world. While building and running this non-profit I continued to serve as a local pastor. During my time as a pastor, I consistently spoke to groups of thousands and groups no larger than one.
During my 18 years as a pastor, I was trained in one thing, influence. I learned the art of tactical counseling, effective communication and how to influence people so that they flourish. I’m thankful that I now get to bring all of these skills to bear to deliver happiness and certainty to friends and family through Real Estate.

Jonathan is a loving husband to his wife, Jenni and a proud father of three amazing children . Jenni is Jonathan’s dream come true, business partner, and best friend. They work together, travel together, and have fun together. Jenni not only “runs the house” but also helps Jonathan run his business.

His skill for taking complicated issues and breaking them down into simple, easy to understand realities is one of the reasons he consistently is asked to speak. With over 18-years of experience conducting seminars, multi-day workshops, delivering 300+ presentations, officiating weddings, and counseling hundreds of people he has developed a dynamic style that has been compelling to many.

Jonathan leverages his 18 years of experiencing in helping people flourish as a speaker, teacher, and high-stakes counselor and negotiator in order to provide a unique and unusual service that applies his proven techniques to the real estate world to deliver results. He’s been trained in high-stakes negotiation by one of the finest FBI hostage negotiators. Additionally, he’s been investing in real estate for more than a decade. The end result is that newly established friends and family live better stories.

Jonathan’s life has been changed by the coaches that shaped him and currently chape him, who have taught him everything from the concept of influencing others and branding to building valuable skills and sports teams. It has been, in large part, the solid support and guidance of his coaches that has given him the confidence that would underwrite any success that he’s had. It is also why he is so passionate about being a coach today both on and off the field.
